I want to give a huge shoutout to LaShonda, the Property Manager at Central Park Apartments. From the moment I called to inquire about the property, she was incredibly helpful. It took me a few weeks to decide to make the move to Central Park, but LaShonda was there for me every step of the way, answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. It’s clear she takes great pride in her work and is very knowledgeable about the property. When I finally moved in, she did a walk-through of the unit with me, and we noticed a few discrepancies. She took photos and ensured maintenance took care of everything. I'm now in a fully renovated unit, and I couldn't be more satisfied!

We had a great experience touring the apartment thanks to Mrs. Shonda. She welcomed us with a warm smile and a friendly attitude that immediately made us feel comfortable being that we are from Texas. She was very personable and easy to talk to, which made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. The potential unit we would likely move into was clean and well-maintained, with only a few minor issues that didn’t take away from the overall positive impression. We really appreciated her approachability and the time she took to answer our questions thoroughly. Overall, a great experience!

The maintenance staff at Central Park is truly an amazing team that works with everyone needs. I am super grateful and thankful for them all. You guys are truly a five star performance team. Thank you once again.

Mrs. Moore was a great great help on giving me an excellent tour. Not only did she have jokes she had a charger for me when my phone died. She is one of the best to give me a tour of an apartment.

The maintenance guy, Cavell, had an amazing response time to fixing my AC and garbage disposal. He was very professional

Ms. Brionna was a great blessing! I was having some difficulties during my application process and she was able to positively assist me by showing great customer service, patience and a great attitude. I really appreciate all that she, Jalen and Sheila did to make my move to Central Park a pleasure!

Sheila was an absolute pleasure to work with. Whenever I called the complex, she always answered the phone with a smile in her voice. She is a valuable asset to the Central Park community.
