Lashonda is hands down the best property manager I have come across. Always willing to help others in their times of need. All 5 stars go out to you!! Thank you for all you do!!! Ms. Moore is very professional and has great customer service, I wish all property Manager was like her. Ms. Moore thank you for all your hard work and service to Central Park we really appreciate you!!!!!

I moved to this complex in December and I absolutely love it here. Lashonda is absolutely the sweetest and WILL ALWAYS make things happen. She has always bent over backwards to help others whenever she can. Whenever I call her in a panic or have an emergent situation, she goes above and beyond to make sure my needs are met! If I could give her a merit award for FANTASTIC customer service, I definitely will!!

LaShonda and Brianna called to announce that I was the winner of the Valentine’s Kisses Contest. I honestly thought they were playing at first and told them to “stop lying”. 😂😂 I finally participated in an event and won. Amazing right? I appreciate LaShonda and Brianna for the call of congratulations. The two of them are GREAT assets to Central Park apartments and I’m appreciative to be under their management. 🩷

Thank you Central Park staff for your warm welcome. I especially want to thank Ms. Sheila Williams for helping me to locate an apartment that suited my family's needs. She was very professional and patient. She answered all of my questions and had a packet ready to be signed within days of finding an apartment. I am also grateful for Mr. Alex and team for being responsive to our maintenance requests.
