Alex came in, fixed the fan from being squeaky, fixed the dishwasher because it wasn’t connected and had no water, and put on a new wheel for our sliding laundry door. He was very efficient with his time, got it all done and was in and out.

I’m writing this review to tell everyone about this beautiful property and wonderful staff. We moved in our daughter into her first apartment and we LOVE it!! The staff were very helpful and friendly. It’s very hot in Alabama it’s been in the high 90’s causing our conditioning to run hander therefore our air conditioning went out and a part was needed to be repair it. The maintenance tech put a window air conditioning in my daughter apartment until the part came in. I thought this was very nice and helpful. I’m not understanding all the bad reviews. Because my husband and I are home owners and rent housing we understand that it takes time to repair things sometimes! Happy parents!!

I moved into Central Park a couple of months again!! I LOVE it here!! Friendly office and maintenance staff!! I LOVE the residents events! They had a back to school book bag giveaway! My child was able to get a clear book bag that I was not able to fine for school! The book bag giveaway was a lifesaver!! Happy resident!

This is a beautiful property. While I do not live here, I did have the opportunity to visit, and the grounds are well maintained. The office staff were also very friendly and helpful. They were very informative with providing information about the property overall. I recommend you check this complex out if you're looking for a new home.

My experience at Central Park has been great thus far. Sheila Williams helped me out a lot. I needed a quick pivot to grab a place quickly and she made it happen!

I will be leaving Central Park and I will really miss the people in the office, always kind and sweet and they stay having events at the office clubhouse for the holidays. Every time we have a maintenance problem is fixed soon after the report was put in. Special thanks to Ms. Shiela for being a friend to her tenants. The gym should be 24 hours to residents. & They have a hard time with the gate.
